Romantic Kerala Weekend

After breakfast spend the day with local sightseeing. Situated at the confluence of three mountain streams - Mudrapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundale, Munnar is 1600 Meter above sea level. This majestic hill station was once the summer resort of the British government in South India. Local sightseeing of Munnar includes visit to Mattupetty Dam, Kundale Lake and Echo point. Afternoon proceed to Rajamalai were the rarest species of mountain goat, "Nilgiri Thars", can be spotted. Overnight stay is arranged at Munnar.

A road trip from Munnar to Marari Beach spans approximately 145 to 170 kilometers and takes around 4.5 to 5 hours of driving time. This journey beautifully transitions from the mist-covered tea plantations of the Western Ghats down to the serene, palm-fringed shores of the Arabian Sea. Arrive at Marari Beach. Check into your coastal resort, and head straight to the shoreline to see the local fishermen bringing in their evening catch

Wake up early quiet walk along the pristine, uncrowded white sands of Marari Beach. Enjoy a final dip in the shallow, low-tide waters of Marari before checking out. Evening: Depart for Cochin International Airport, which is located roughly 70 kilometers (a 2-hour drive) away
